About Me
I am Dr. Elisabeth Ignasiak – physicist, sustainability consultant, and companion for organizations that take their responsibility seriously and want to act pragmatically.
As an astrophysicist, I learned to understand complex relationships. But at some point, I asked myself: What good is it to understand the stars when our own planet is in danger? So I decided to use my analytical skills where they are most urgently needed – for greater sustainability.
Today, I support companies, associations, and institutions on their journey through the complex world of CSRD, EU taxonomy, climate strategies, and management systems. For me, it’s not just about standards and rules, but above all about the people behind them. I know how easy it is to get lost in the jungle of requirements – and how relieving it is when someone creates structure, points out pitfalls, and develops feasible steps.
I have already successfully supported more than 50 organizations from over 20 industries. My goal: to break down complexity, create clarity, and work together to develop solutions that can be implemented.

Anja Pfaffinger
Junior Sustainability Consultant
Anja is a junior sustainability consultant with practical experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies. She specializes in preparing companies for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and integrating sustainability into strategic and operational processes.
Her expertise includes conducting comprehensive Scope 123 analyses, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation, and tracking sustainability KPIs to monitor environmental, economic, and social aspects of the company. Anja has successfully developed sustainability strategies and presented them to management teams and is well-versed in sustainability communication.
Anja’s approach ensures that organizations are able to meet legal requirements while achieving significant environmental improvements.
